Terms and Conditions – vk999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vk999 ("we", "us", "the platform", "vk999"). These Terms apply to all use of the vk999 website at vk999.plus and the vk999 mobile application, including all games, betting markets, promotions and payment services made available on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of vk999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a vk999 account and use the platform's real-money features, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your vk999 account is active, you take on full responsibility for all activity that occurs within it. Specifically:

• Your username and password are confidential. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• vk999 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You are responsible for all bets, deposits and account changes made while you are logged in, whether or not those actions were authorised by you.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vk999 support immediately and change your password. vk999 is not liable for losses incurred prior to the point at which a security breach is reported.
• You must ensure that the contact details, bank account information and payment wallet details associated with your vk999 account belong to you personally. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date. If your registered phone number, email address or payment details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

4 Deposits

vk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Additional payment options, including credit and debit cards and other mobile wallets, may be available and will be indicated in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

• All deposits are credited in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges for players depositing in PKR.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction apply and are shown in the deposit section before you confirm a transaction.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact vk999 support with your transaction reference number.
• vk999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• vk999 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit before releasing funds for gameplay or withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from vk999 are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit or verified as belonging to the account holder.
• vk999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Players should complete their account verification early to avoid delays.
• Real-money balances that have not met the minimum activity requirement may be held pending review.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are published with each individual promotion.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests, which may take one to three working days.
• vk999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are carried out in accordance with our internal compliance procedures and may result in a short additional processing delay.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once they have been approved and dispatched. If you wish to cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed, contact support as soon as possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vk999 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free Bingo tickets and enhanced odds for Cricket and PSL events. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated within the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your real-money balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and time limits are stated clearly within each promotion. Failure to meet the stated wagering requirement within the time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a second account will be treated as a duplicate account violation.
• vk999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, vk999 will take reasonable steps to communicate this to affected players.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus withdrawal, using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7 Gaming Rules

vk999 offers Casino games including Live Casino tables and Slots, Bingo rooms, Fish Games and Sports Betting. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Results are final once confirmed on screen and cannot be reversed.
• Technical malfunctions — whether on the player's device, internet connection or within the vk999 platform — void any affected game round or bet. vk999 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own connectivity or device issues.
• Bets or game rounds that are interrupted mid-play due to a platform error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The outcome of the review may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned, or the round being replayed where the RNG data allows.
• Players may not use external software, bots, scripts or automated tools of any kind to interact with vk999 games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.

8 Sports Betting

The vk999 Sports Betting section covers Cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic series, as well as Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Bet confirmation is final — bets cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been accepted by the vk999 system.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets are available for selected events. In-play odds update in real time. vk999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on an event after that event has concluded — whether due to a data delay, system lag or other reason — will be voided and the stake returned.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum number of overs, sets or periods required to settle a market have been completed, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Betting section.
• vk999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing or other corrupt conduct.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event apply and are shown before bet confirmation. Winnings above a specified threshold may be subject to a manual payout review process.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the vk999 platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform in a way that constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Casino games, Poker or any other multiplayer game offered on vk999.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots or scripts to play games or place bets on the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, loopholes or technical glitches to generate credits or winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other anonymisation service to misrepresent your location for the purpose of accessing the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the vk999 platform, its games, data or content.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

vk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• A player's own request to self-exclude or close their account under Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vk999 platform — including but not limited to the vk999 name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional material, software and data — is the property of vk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the vk999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. 15 Changes to These Terms

vk999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vk999 will notify players via email, an in-platform notification or a prominent notice on the website at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the vk999 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
